1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store on your device. It lets the website remember something between page loads — for example, that you have already answered the cookie question. Similar technologies such as local storage work the same way and are covered by this policy.
2. Your choice, and how we ask for it
When you first arrive, a small banner appears in the bottom corner with two clear options: Accept all and Reject optional. It is a small banner rather than a full-screen interstitial, deliberately: you can read the page underneath it and it never blocks your view of our content.
Until you choose, no optional cookie is set. If you reject, no optional cookie is ever set and the website behaves exactly as it would otherwise — nothing is withheld, nothing is degraded. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, and we keep those to an absolute minimum.

That is the whole list. This website has no login, no basket and no session state, so it needs nothing else to work.
4. Optional cookies — only with your consent
These are set only after you select Accept all. They help us understand which reviews people actually read and whether our advertising is worth what it costs.

We do not set advertising cookies that build a personal profile for retargeting, and we never permit advertising targeting at anyone under 18.
5. Cookies set by other websites
When you follow an outbound link to a gambling operator you leave this website, and that operator's own cookie policy applies from that moment. We cannot set or control cookies on their behalf, and they cannot set cookies through us. If an outbound link is commercial, a click may be recorded so the operator can attribute the referral — that recording happens on their systems under their policy, and is explained in our Disclosure.
6. Change your mind
You can reopen the banner and choose again at any time:

Deleting the vl_consent cookie will simply make our banner appear again.
Most browsers also offer a global "block all cookies" setting. If you use it, this website still works. Only the memory of your choice is lost, so the banner reappears each visit.
7. Legal basis and how this relates to privacy
We rely on your consent for optional cookies, and on the strictly-necessary exemption in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations for the consent cookie itself. Where cookie data amounts to personal data, it is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which also sets out your rights and how to withdraw consent.
8. Changes
If we add or remove a cookie we update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. If a new optional cookie is introduced, we will ask for consent again rather than relying on an old answer.
