Booming Casino review

Broad library, solid regulatory footing, and a withdrawal process that is dependable rather than fast.

Ownership structure

White label. boomingcasino.com is listed as a white label domain under ProgressPlay Limited on the Gambling Commission register. ProgressPlay holds the licence and carries the regulatory responsibility; the brand is the customer-facing layer on top of it.

Why this matters: the licence holder is the regulated company legally responsible for your account, your funds and your complaints. If you ever escalate a dispute, you escalate against the licence holder.

What we liked, what we did not From 5 weeks of use

Strengths

  • Very large lobby covering slots, live dealer tables, bingo and instant win
  • Bonus terms are published in full next to the offer, not hidden behind a link chain
  • Search and filtering make a huge library actually usable
  • Backed by an established UKGC licensee with a long register history

Weaknesses

  • Withdrawals are dependable but slower than the best UK operators
  • White label structure means complaints route to ProgressPlay, not the brand
  • The lobby is visually busy and takes a session or two to learn
  • Some promotional emails arrive more often than we would like

What we actually did

Five weeks, a real verified account, GBP deposits from a UK debit card, and nine timed withdrawal requests. We catalogued the lobby by supplier, read the full bonus terms for every live offer during our test window, and contacted support five times.

We also checked the brand against the Gambling Commission register rather than taking the footer at its word. That check is what surfaced the white label structure described below, and it is the single most useful thing a reader can learn from this review.

The white label question, explained plainly

Booming Casino does not hold its own UK licence. It operates as a white label under ProgressPlay Limited, account number 39335, and boomingcasino.com appears on ProgressPlay's white label domain list on the public register. This is entirely legal and extremely common in the UK market.

What it means for you is practical, not sinister. Your account contract, your funds and your complaint route all sit with ProgressPlay. If you ever need to escalate, you escalate against the licensee. Knowing that before you sign up saves a great deal of time later, which is why we put it near the top of this review rather than in the small print.

The lobby

The strongest part of the product. The library is genuinely deep, spanning mainstream slot suppliers, a well-populated live dealer floor, bingo rooms and instant-win titles. Filtering by supplier and by feature works properly, and the search box returns sensible results, which matters enormously once a library passes a few hundred entries.

The trade-off is density. The lobby throws a lot at you on first load and there is no guided first-run state. Regulars will like it. Newcomers will need a session to orient themselves.

Cashing out

Nine requests, all paid, none disputed. The typical turnaround was two to three working days to debit card. That is respectable and it is what most UK operators deliver. It is simply not in the same bracket as the same-day cash-outs we measured at Midnite, and since payout speed is the thing readers ask us about most, it is the main reason for the score gap between our two reviews.

Safer gambling in practice

Everything required is there and it works: deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, reality checks, time-out and self-exclusion, plus the GamStop route that every UKGC remote licensee must support. Our only criticism is placement. The limit controls are one menu level deeper than they should be, and we think anything that adds friction to setting a limit is friction in the wrong place.

Who we would point here

Adults in Great Britain who want range above all else, who are comfortable with a standard two-to-three-day payout, and who want to read bonus terms in full before opting in. If getting paid the same day is your priority, read our Midnite review first.

Two to three working days to debit card in our tests, occasionally longer where a document check was outstanding.

The credit card rule

Credit cards are prohibited for gambling in Great Britain by law. Any UK-licensed operator that offered one would be breaking the rules.

Withdrawals normally return to the method you deposited with. That is anti-money-laundering practice required of every UK licensee, not an obstacle invented by the operator.
